Interior Dept. moves to allow Alaska bear hunting with doughnuts, bacon

What-the-ever-loving-FUCK????? Is this how you hunt? IS THIS HOW YOU NEED TO HUNT?? I grew up in Michigan, which is a HUGE hunting state. If this is how you need to hunt, you are a bitch, and shouldn't be hunting.
