Twitter outage strikes amid White House social media summit

Twitter experienced an outage this afternoon just as the White House gathered right-wing personalities for a summit focused on allegations of social media bias against conservatives. “We are currently investigating issues people are having accessing Twitter, and we’ll keep you updated on what’s happening,” a company spokesperson told POLITICO.
